Knight Says Outdoor School Was "A Blast!"

Students/Staff that went to Outdoor School (ODS) stayed from April 17-20.

The publications class has interviewed Ms. Knight to get their feedback on ODS and what they did, as well as the teachers who stayed behind.

First off, Ms.Knight told us what she liked about it and what she did saying,  "It was a blast! We got to throw balls at the kids.And I also really liked the pancakes!" Ms.Knight also mentioned that they played a game called 'Life and death" in the forest where Ms.Knight and the other teachers -- I mean Captain Sandy pants, Myra Mains, and Sea Witch -- were the "clones" and were allowed to throw balls at the children to "kill" them.

Once they "killed" the children, the clones got their life bands (rubber bands). She says her favorite time was when she got to go to the beach and act goofy. She also got to drive a 26 ft. U-Haul!  She says, "I was happy I didn"t have to ride the bus!"

Overall, it was a very fun experience for the 6th graders as well as the teachers who went along, and it was said that it was the best field trip in middle school for them yet!
